One Of Us Is Next is the sequel to One Of  Us Is Lying. It doesn't follow the same cast of characters but they do appear throughout the novel.

 I found that this one was more predictable to me than the first one but it still had a nice little twist at the end that you don't see coming.

 My only fault with this book is that I wished we could have seen more of what happened at the end after that last twist but I guess that just means I was fully invested in the characters and wasn't read to leave them yet which is the sign of a good book.

 In this novel, the teens at Bayview are sent a truth or dare game. Once you are selected you have 24 hours to accept your dare or else a truth about you will be revealed.

 This was such a fun premise for this book and was the reason why I couldn't wait to read this book. Who doesn't love a good game of truth or dare, perhaps with stakes not quite as high as in this book though.

 I loved all the characters in this one especially Maeve and I also really enjoyed being able to see glimpses of the Bayview 4 and what they are up to.

 A fun, thrilling read to add to your TBR. 4 of 5 stars!

White Fire (Pendergast series) - Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child Review

I can't tell you how excited I was to read this book. Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child are two of my favourite authors to read and the Pendergast series is one of my all time favourite book series (second only after Harry Potter). White Fire is the thirteenth book in the Pendergast series about FBI Special Agent A.X.L. Pendergast but you do not have to read the previous 12 before you read this book if you do not want to, (I highly recommend it though) you can read it as a stand-alone book. Even though the book is a Pendergast novel, it's mainly told through Corrie Swanson's (Pendergast's protege and first seen in 'Still Life With Crows') point of view. Corrie currently enrolled at John Jay College of Criminal Justice is working on a thesis which takes her to 'Roaring Fork' an exclusive ski resort in Colorado to examine the remains of 12 miners who were mauled to death by a bear 150 years previously. Wires & Nerve - Marissa Meyer Review

This is the first volume in the Wires and Nerve series which follows Iko in her quest to to hunt down the Wolf-hybrid soldiers which are terrorising Earth. This volume follows after the events of the Lunar Chronicles but before the 'Something Old, Something New' novella in Stars Above. I felt this graphic novel was really beautifully done but at the same time I wish it had been longer. I felt just as the story was starting the novel ended. You do not need to have read the Lunar Chronicles series to read this as most of the book is a quick catch-up of the events from the series past but in my opinion you should totally read it. It's amazing and you won't regret it. I really enjoyed getting to read more of Cress and Thorne as they do feature quite a bit in this novel and I hope the next volumes will have more of the other characters as well.
